Jason is responsible for building and leading a high-performance team of motivated automation professionals at our Indianapolis location. He provides coaching, mentoring, and technical assistance to technicians and designers, helping to ensure that tasks are completed precisely, on time, and within budget. He also works closely with sales to help ensure estimates and scope are accurate, goals and initiatives are met, and that the end product exceeds customer expectations.

Working collaboratively with internal administration, support, and technical staff, as well as customers, Jason manages and coordinates major automation project activities. He prides himself on his customer relationships and service, always striving to prioritize customer needs.

Expertise

Jason has progressed through various levels of increasing responsibility at our organization. Prior to his current role, he served as product expert, product trainer, program manager, and manager of temperature controls.

He is certified in multiple building automation systems, including Schneider Electric and Tridium Niagara, and is highly qualified in systems integration and architecture. He assists with the development of company standards, as he works closely with staff engineers and programmers to optimize our solutions. 

Additionally, Jason holds a credential from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) as a Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC).

The Personal Side

Jason is married and highly involved with his three daughters and their activities. He is also an avid woodworker and enjoys outdoor activities, like sports, hunting, fishing, and hiking.
