Adam began his career in the industry in 2005 and joined Havel’s team in 2024. He has a strong foundation in facilities management and extensive expertise in temperature control and building automation systems. 

Adam served in the United States Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer from 2000 to 2004. His time in the Marines instilled a strong sense of discipline and teamwork, as well as a commitment to service—values that continue to guide every aspect of his life. His background combines hands-on technical proficiency with strategic project management, system integration, and the delivery of advanced HVAC solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of a diverse client base.

Over the course of his career, he has held roles of increasing responsibility, each building upon a strong operational foundation and reinforcing his commitment to continuous professional growth.
