The client wanted a team of reliable BAS specialists to help ensure their medical office building provided optimal tenant comfort and centralized systems control.

Solutions

Havel installed five network controllers and a cutting-edge network supervisor, which integrated an array of building systems for monitoring and control, including:

  • One constant volume and six variable air volume air handling units serving 300 terminals
  • Eight data room HVAC units
  • Garage ventilation
  • Sump pumps and domestic hot water
  • Seven electric cabinet unit heaters

Saint Joseph Medical Office Building is part of the Saint Joseph Health System; a not-for-profit, multi-hospital health system which includes medical centers, rehabilitation facilities, community health centers, health insurance services, and home care providers.
