Value Delivered

With Phoenix PH1, along with all other NTT data centers on the Phoenix campus, targeting LEED for Core and Shell, Havel was committed to optimizing the project’s power and energy performance throughout the campus. The mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems were designed and built for maximum energy conservation and minimum water usage.
